Japanese simple recipes for a single man.
Today's my first side dish is the Fried Atsuage with veggies which is the leftovers of yesterday’s supper.
The second one is the Chikuwa (tube-shaped fish-paste cake) with
boiling Komatsuna,Cabbage and Onion in a bowl.
Ingredients
Chikuwa 100 g
Komatsuna 100 g
Cabbage 70 g
Onion 100 g
How to cook it ?
1.Boil Komatsuna,Cabbage and Onion in a pan for about 7 minutes.
2. Drain off the hot water.
3.Serve Chikuwa and boiled veggies in a bowl,then sprinkle Salt
4.Sprinkle Rayu(Chinese red chili oil) and Salt properly.
