TOAST - Full Short Film

TOAST is a short that makes fun of one the most overused cliches in action: the restaurant confrontation. The film begins with Rooker and Harris, a classic action hero and villain, meeting at the Friendly Toast restaurant for their final standoff. However, things get a bit awkward when their trope is confronted by Paige, a waitress who is tired of action movie characters having standoffs in her restaurant.
