The University of London IP Graduation Ceremony - Batch of 2016: The Millennium University College (TMUC) organized the annual graduation ceremony to honor students, staff and faculty of the University of London International Program (UoL IP) on Thursday, says a press release. The ceremony, held in the TMUC auditorium, was an effort to celebrate and acknowledge the hard work of graduating students of the University of London Honors Degree program in Law, Economics, Business, Management, Finance and Social Sciences. His Excellency Ambassador Masood Khan Director General Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) graced the occasion as the chief guest while Mr Saad Waseem Country Director of the University of London International Program was the guest of honor. Parents of the graduating students, eminent figures from media, academia and industry were also amongst the distinguished guests at the ceremony. Chief Executive Roots Millennium Schools Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq (TI), in his opening speech, congratulated the proud parents of the graduating batch while applauding the efforts of the TMUC staff and faculty associated with the University of London program. Four of the outstanding UoL graduates, Ali Kaif, Anam Rafiq, Masham Sheraz and Zara Jan Durrani, also spoke at the occasion, sharing their extraordinary experience in pursuing an international qualification in Pakistan and their rich academic and extracurricular activities at TMUC. Ambassador Masood Khan, while addressing the audience, congratulated the TMUC Leadership for offering a wonderful opportunity to its students in the form of international programs. Adding on, he advised young millennials to, while in pursuit of higher education or a career internationally, portray a positive personal image and contribute to the social and economic development of Pakistan. Sharing his views on the occasion, Mr Saad Waseem, stressed upon the need for UoL graduates to form linkages with the University of London fraternity to find a foothold in the global arena. At the end of the ceremony the honorable guests awarded the graduating batch with their certificates, as the TMUC Head of International Programs Ms Kholah Malik read out their exemplary academic achievements. The university also awarded students showing notable performance in both academic and co-curricular activities. The graduation ceremony reflects on the pride TMUC leadership takes in its staff, faculty and students and its commitment to develop the right set of skills, attitudes, knowledge and values within graduating millennial so that they can confidently meet the global challenges of the 21st century.
