Titanoboa is a project to build an amphibious electromechanical reincarnation of the ancient 50ft long serpent rendered extinct by climate change. Titanoboa is a project by Charlie Brinson, co-creator of the Mondo Spider supported by the eatART Foundation. CAD drawings and animation was created by Federico Augugliaro. Shown here are 2 segments of the backbone in motion with hydraulic cylinders. Outer ribs and shell will eventually cover this structure.
