On Thursday President Obama declared the first Marine National Monument in the Atlantic Ocean. This decision followed the discovery of an array of untouched coral reefs 150 miles off the coast of New England in 2014. While conservationists are hailing the decision as a victory, not everyone is happy with the new monument.
