This Family favourite is healthy, fast ,fresh and fabulous. Combine all your favourite fresh vegetables with perfectly steamed rice the whole dish cooked in under 20 minutes. Give it a try as a side dish or a filling meal on its own. This dish also freezes well and can even be eaten cold because it only has 30 grams of oil added so it 's not greasy at all.

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams raw basmati rice
2 eggs
30 grams soy sauce
30 grams olive oil
2 spring onions
40 grams bean shoots
1 stick celery
1 onion
1 bacon rasher
50 grams cooked peeled prawns
1 carrot sliced
1 small bok choy
1 small head of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
30 grams fresh or tinned corn kernels
'20 grams capsicum or bell pepper
50 grams cooked chicken meat
1 sliced mushroom
good splash of sesame oil
You can also add water chestnuts, spinach,bamboo shoots or baby corn if desired. Try to include veges that suit your families taste, are in season, locally grown and include varieties that contrast well with each other in both colour, texture and appearance.
