Simply because two pieces of music have similar characteristics and fit well together doesn't necessarily mean they are copies of each other and that plagiarism has occurred. There are certainly many substantial differences between these two songs in question, albeit to the average listener these differences may not be as readily noticeable as the blatant similarities. I hope a sensible legal resolution is reached but also that Jasmine Rae gets the recognition as an artist that she clearly deserves.
