But, with that said, Toby Jones is a character. What few know is that Toby Jones is played by stand up comedian Robert L. Hines. Hines has played the Toby Jones character across a handful of parody style commercials including "Jones Truck Rental and Storage" and "Jones Pre-Paid Legal and Daycare Academy.
