Pinikpikan is one of Baguio's most famous foods that everyone said I had to try. It made me sad to find out how they prepared the chicken but I still set out to try it. I really had so much fun filming and everyone in Baguio is very friendly. I can't wait to go back again. Best time to go to Baguio January, February and December on average, it is hot all yearlong. Rainy season is July and August. It's also recommended to go to Sagada to see the coffins and visit more of the mountains.
