The Lee Hong Assassination (C47) - Hard/Suit Only

No, you can't reach the exit without turning the game into Counter-Strike. You CAN, however, remain in your suit and not have your cover blown until all the objectives have been done - at which point you just have to go to the basement and reach the elevator killing every baddie in your way. The game doesn't track anything other than your expenses anyway, but this is relatively silent. I use BurstinGlass' method to kill the guard next to the storage room safe. I found an AI exploit which, apparently, causes the guards to prioritize "warning Lee Hong" (and then they're sitting ducks for your knife) over "shooting a bald maniac". They have to see a corpse being dragged by you, but you can't be in their view yourself. This is how I reach the agent completely safely. The best safe location by far is the Storage Room - it's on the way anyway. Madame's place is a little riskier, but doable - as this video shows. I've managed to do this method with the Conference Room, but it's likely you'll get into a shootout. If the figurine shows up at Guards Quarters, you're probably better off restarting -- I for one haven't found a method which doesn't involve a random bodyguard pulling the gun on you later on, after you've caused a commotion and got some of the guards alerted. This method, by the way, took like 80 restarts and isn't consistent at all. Sometimes, the guard in the kitchen will shoot at you. And sometimes he won't. Sometimes a random guard, especially if you were involved in any shootouts, will pull a gun on you. In this playthrough I did get a premature cover blown, but I managed to escape and it ended up not mattering. A few of the guards (like the very first one) aren't necessary to kill - I just do it for convenience's sake. This video is mostly there as a proof of concept, and you won't be able to do this mission this way without racking a huge body count by the end anyway. Also - you can take a massive shortcut by killing Lei Ling in her room and taking the safe combination off her corpse, but I wanted to keep this run Low Expenses.
