My aim was to create a spec that would feel really 'meaty' - both in terms of damage output and survivability. I went with Infernal Blow because it's damage scales really well for solo play and because it is really fun to use. This spec was created with Anarchy (or standard) league in mind but it could translate over to Hardcore mode pretty well with some care. It uses some of the strongest defensive mechanics in the game to full effect, all you have to do is make sure you armor, life and resists are always up to scratch.
