Battlefield suffers from a bit of an odd issue - one that breeds toxicity from the ego of it's players. Specifically, it is the vast array of lower tier competitive teams that parade themselves around as great players, but when faced with adversity, either run from it or refuse to accept it. Disco Volante and Murder Inc. is a prime example of one such leader / team that inflicts their toxicity on the community but really have nothing to back up the way they treat people and other teams.
