The effect of wheel size (16" vs 17" ) on Skoda Octavia 1.8 TSI acceleration

I made some measurements to find out the effect of wheel size on a car's acceleration under relatively similar conditions. I compared 60-150 km/h in 3rd gear with 16 inch versus 17 inch wheels. I did some analysis and interpreted the results. It's not of the highest scientific standards, but you may find it useful to decide whether to upsize your wheels. Enjoy!
