A great Halloween song that you may never have heard. I was at a record show in Columbia, Pennsylvania in October in the late 1980's. A vendor had a collection of Halloween 45 records in box. While I was searching through the 45's he saw me pull this 45 from the pile. I told him I'd never heard it before and he said for a dollar (the cost) it would make a nice addition to my collection. He wrote a comment on the plane paper sleeve, "sounds like Bobby Boris Pickett meets T. Rex meets the Chipmunks." He was correct, that is exactly what it reminds me of. Hope you enjoy it. If anyone knows anything about The Creepies and would like to share, please let me know. Who were they? Where were they from? Was this a one-shot wonder? All I know about the song is from the label, 1975, Pye Records, M. Tyler is the writer. Other great Halloween or Haunting Songs: 1. Monster Mash - Bobby Boris Pickett 2. Purple People Eater - Sheb Wooley 3. I Put a Spell on You - Screaming Jay Hawkins 4. Haunted House - Gene Simmons (not the guy from Kiss) 5. Dinner with Drac - John Zacherley 6. Evil - Howlin Wolf 7. Devil Woman - Cliff Richard 8. Abracadabra - Steve Miller Band 9. Clap for the Wolfman - Guess Who 10. Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon 11. Mama Told Me Not to Come - Three Dog Night 12. Fishheads - Barnes & Barnes 13. Munsters & Addams Family Themes 14. Evil Woman - E.L.O. 15. Witchy Woman - Eagles 16. Witch Queen of New Orleans - Redbone 17. No Anchovies Please - J. Geils Band 18. Teach Me How to Rock'n'Roll - The Creepies (best Halloween song you've never heard of - sounds like T.Rex meets the Chipmunks, from 1980) 19. The Thing - Phil Harris 20. Creature From the Black Lagoon - Dave Edmunds 21. Ghostbusters - Ray Parker 22. Thriller - Michael Jackson 23. Full Moon Fire - Walter Egan 24. Marie Laveau - Bobby Bare 25.
