The Candy Man - A Film by Insia Dariwala

The candy man is a story about a young man Sachin who has to confront his horrible past as a child just so that he is able to give a healthy future to his son. Having been sexually abused as a child by his very own father Sachin is not able to fully embrace his fatherhood and shower his love freely. Every day in some way he tries to rid himself of his dark past but one day when his son brings home a specific candy, it triggers off memories that sachin thought he had got rid of. He then travels on a bitter journey in his memories and faces his father who used that very same candy to sexually abuse him.
