This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Creator of the world's first hover board, Greg Henderson describes former attempts of hover technology. Their applications can be limitless, and the technology has the potential to greatly impact the world. Still in its early stages, the hover board will create a new era of technological advancement. Greg Henderson is the founder and chief visionary for Arx Pax. Greg began his career in the military as an Airborne Ranger, serving with the 101st Airborne and 7th Infantry. He graduated from West Point with a B.S in Engineering, and received a Master of Architecture degree from Berkeley. What Greg succinctly envisioned with Arx Pax was a new way to employ an unexploited technology in applications that others did not see. He labeled this epiphany: Magnetic Field Architecture (MFA™). It’s a big dream on a one-of-a-kind technology. Arx Pax (and Hendo) believe in its possibility, its potential—and its promise. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
