Consumer privacy is, without out a doubt, the most popular topic in the law right now. When the FTC released the final version of its privacy report—formally titled "Protecting Consumer Privacy in an Era of Rapid Change: A Proposed Framework for Business and Policymakers"—we saw a wealth of posts analyzing the report across the LexBlog Network.
