TGFβ Reprograms Schwann Cells in the Nerve Bridge

Clements et al. found that dedifferentiation is further modulated by the microenvironment. Within the bridge, TGFβ reprograms Schwann cells to invasive mesenchymal cells and cross-talks with Eph signalling to drive nerve repair.
