Test Ride on Saved '89 Elite E

Rebuilt this little 50cc scooter for a friend's sister. Not enough road to get it up to max speed and braking one-handed does require more stopping room. It does well enough for a mostly stock bike. Speedometer is pretty accurate now with the 2.75-10 oversize tires. Specs: Non-variated AF05E Stock cylinder, exhaust port raised 1.5mm, widened by .5mm, ported to match pipe inlet and polished to promote flow Stock head, shaved .5mm Stock carb, reeds and air filter, mix screw set to 1 7/8 turns out, #68 main jet Stock transmission, Dayton AX24 belt fitted MLM People's Pipe for Spree Stock wheels and brakes, fitted with Kenda 2.75-10 tires.
