I'm fully aware that you are able to tweak the S1Engine.ini file to enhance the graphics even more, but this video demonstrates the best graphics you can achieve using the in-game settings without having to edit any files. This is a short gameplay video showing off Tera's AMAZING graphics. In my opinion Tera has the best graphics of any mmo out there, including Guild Wars 2.
