Teletubbies: Numbers 4 (1997)

In this episode, Po rides her Scooter into the house, but runs back out to fetch the others and bring them inside, then the Teletubbies run off to watch some children showing different things that are the Number 4. Afterwards a big Number 4 balloon appears in Teletubbyland, and a Voice Trumpet sings a song of 4, the teletubbies see 4 clouds, flowers, rabbits and 4 of them, but the Voice Trumpet keeps annoying them with the song and they keep running everywhere, then the Windmill stops spins and they run off to Tubby Bye-Bye.
