Oct. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaire Ted Turner, who founded the Cable News Network in 1980, talks with Bloombergs Betty Liu about his desire to run CNN again. Turner said if he got his wish, hed cut "fluffy" news and increase international coverage. Turner quit the media business three years ago when he left the board of New York-based Time Warner Inc.
