Technics SL-1200 MK2 Tonearm Replacement

This Technics SL-1200 MK2 has a problem with the tone arm, this is how i replaced it FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS from James, known as Viperfrank here on youtube, please go check his videos. http://www.youtube.com/user/viperfrank. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQK1FnHv9mo As you can see, it makes a strong resistance to move, and wants to get back in some specific positions. The antikating mechanism is not working as well, in general, the arm is not free to move, and that led to skips and mistracking. From what i understood, the pivot bearings are gone, and since they are machine calibrated i got that makes no sense to mess with them, so i'm going to replace the entire piece.
