Teacher burnt to death by parents over school's poor performance

Two suspects have been arrested and arraigned over the brutal murder of a middle-aged female teacher in Mutitu, Kitui County. And while the court has ordered for the two to be detained for 21 days pending way for investigations, the teachers service commission has now withdrawn six TSC teachers from ndooni primary school, where she taught, until the security of their teachers is assured. The school has since been closed.
