沙爹牛扒
材料:
急凍牛扒454g
醃料:
淘大沙爹醬2湯匙,淘大金標生抽1茶匙,糖1/3茶匙,紹酒1茶匙,水1茶匙,粟粉2茶匙,淘大特級蠔油1/2茶匙
做法:
1. 解凍牛扒, 用梳打粉1 1/2茶匙加水1湯匙醃30分鐘。
2. 沖洗牛扒,抺乾水,加醃料醃過夜,即可燒烤或煎煮牛扒。

Ingredients:
Frozen steak 454g
Marinade:
Amoy Satay Sauce 2 tbsp, Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Sugar 1 / 3 tsp, Shao Xing wine 1 tsp, Water 1 tsp, Corn starch 2 tsp, Amoy Premium Oyster Sauce 1 / 2 tsp
Method:
1. Thaw steak, marinate it with 1 1/2 tsp of soda powder and 1tbsp of water for 30 minutes.
2. Rinse the steak, wipe dry and marinate overnight, then barbeque or pan fry it and serve.
