T-spin guide - The basics

I have had some requests on help on some easy to use T-spins in tetris battle. So here is a Guide that I hope will help all of you that are not very familiar with T-spins. Remeber to give me advice on how to do this better, what do YOU want me to cover, what part did I explain poorly, was my english bad, do I need to talk or do things slower or is it good as it is?
