Super Moon is a term used by astrologers to describe the state of the full moon when the moon is in its closest position to the Earth (apsis / perigee). This term is not widely accepted, especially among scientists. Specifically, super moons can be full moons or new moons, the distance from the earth is about 10% or less than the distance of its path from the earth.
