Director Chandra Prakash Dwivedi's 'Mohalla Assi' starring Sunny Deol and Sakshi Tanwar is gearing up for an October-November release this year, confirmed producer Vinay Tiwari. The movie was earlier scheduled to release in 2012 but got delayed as Tiwari got involved in several other projects including the upcoming 'Miss Tanakpur Haazir Ho'.
