Student Robber in Madang Released Unlawfully

A Grade 10 student who among accomplices, robbed a woman who had four thousand kina in her bag, has been unlawfully released by a constable without bail. The woman was travelling on a bus travelling to Sisiak area in Madang when she was robbed. The student was arrested and charged by a Criminal Investigation officer but was later released.
