Stick Empires V Spamming vs. Insane Chaos AI

I saw WyzDM use this in his 4th Montage: War, and it worked really well (for him) so I thought I would try this. This only works due to the suicidal playing style of the AI (only for Chaos). All I did the whole time was make Vs and posses the AI's most powerful units.
