Stellaris Patch Notes - 1.3.0 (Heinlein) and Leviathans Story Pack

The Leviathans Story Pack and Heinlein Patch (v1.3.0) are now available, so let's review the considerable changes that we'll be seeing in the game. As the new patch is a large overhaul to the game, old saves will no longer work. To roll back to the previous version, right-click and select "Properties" of the game in your Steam Library, then choose the Betas tab.
