Steampunk/ Lolita Blouse

For this tutorial, I am using the Simplicity Pattern 8444. I really wanted a basic Lolita and Steampunk blouse and this was perfect. It really fits me perfectly and the lace up in the back makes it hug me nicely. This is definitely an intermediate project. You want to have some sewing knowledge. I'm sure if a beginner tried though, they could probably make it work for them with small bits of frustrations.
