State of Decay 2 - Patch 4 the final patch? Is it Good or Bad?

ive been playing SOD2 since early release and they seem to fix 1 thing and break 2 others every patch. this patch seems to patch what it says. Fix open/closed doors states AGAIN, fixes disappearing follower, fixes falling off ladder instead of climbing down mostly billboards. I show this on the video i try to break it ;)
