This is a proof of, that you do not need to have a super computer to run Star Citizen. Streamers tend to have 'super computers', so much so that a lot of what they have in the terms of processing power/GPU power is not used. This is not to say that what they have is pointless, for the purpose of playing the game as a normal player it is just not required. By no means is my system a budget PC but I would consider it an average build by today's standard. My Specs: Motherboard: MSI Z170A CPU: Intel i7 6700K @ 4Ghz Ram: 32GB DDR4 3000 Graphics Card: GTX 970 with 4095Mb (aka 4Gb) of NVRAM Windows (Windows 7 Professional) and Star Citizen are both installed on an SSD: Samsung 850 Pro I believe that the 970 is the lower end of what you can use for Star Citizen.
