Spyro 1 - PAL vs NTSC [Version Differences] - Metalhead Gems

In the NTSC version, you need to glide across to a separate ledge in order to obtain two 2 gems and a 1 gem. In the PAL version, no such action is required. The gems are located along a path to the right. It seems as though this change was difficulty related. In Ratchet5's video of this, someone was complaining about how they could not complete Metalhead due to being unable to complete the glide. It seems pretty straight-forward to me. I'd be willing to bet I would have gotten these gems even when I was younger. Either way, it appears as though Insomniac might have instigated this change before the PAL version shipped (remember, the PAL was released a month *after* the NTSC version).
