Spiritual Autopsy #2 - There is no "body" (but everything is You)

This is a series of videos reporting my direct experience and observation through meditation and self inquiry. I can't stress this is enough but what I'm trying to communicate in those videos is not philosophy or beliefs. If anything they are ways to eliminate all your beliefs until you are left with nothing. This one focuses on sensations. The reason why during Vipassana we were asked to bypass thoughts and emotions and go directly to observing raw physical sensations of the body is because "Truth" is a non-cognitive knowing.
On a deeper level, there are no "body parts" and no "things" are solid. One of Buddha's core teaching is Impermanence (Change). All suffering comes from observing anything as static (your name, identities, and your body). These techniques condition you at the experiential and cellular level to perceive reality as a constant flux of becoming. All things arise, and then pass away.
