Here are the various speed methods we use at Performance Rehab Ortho to challenge the neuromuscular system.
Long duration isometrics
10s eccentric + 10s concentric
Extreme slow (eccentric only)
5-isometric stops
Slow eccentric + fast rep
Explosive reps
Altitude drop
Rebound
We also mix in various tempo reps to improve movement patterns.Try these out with different exercises and tune up your movement!
