Awesomesauce video about lighting effects driven by various variations of the frequencies between bass and trebble. This is a proof-of-concept / test so you know it's going to get even more awesome. For more check out http://lucyindustrial.com Nerdy detail goodness: This is a proof-of-concept for the audio analysis circuit that will generate 2 channel, 7 band spectrum analyzer and VU meter (peak detection will come later). The idea is that I will use this device to analyze audio and sending down an I2C bus / UART interface to other devices that will run the lights and do better effects that show both channels (left and right). There are also plans to hook it up to servo-mounted lasers (also shown in my Youtube channel). The key parts of this video are the following - 1x 1m Tricolor LED strip from Radio Shack (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=16306856) - 1x Atmega328P-PU with the Arduino bootloader burned on it. - 2x MSGEQ7 ICs [Left and right channel spectrum analyzer].
