INGREDIENTS :
250 grams vermicelli noodles
250 grams pork shoulder, diced
100 grams prawn, peeled and deveined
1 cup wood ear mushroom, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, julienned
1 large carrot, julienned
2 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
200 grams cabbage, roughly chopped
1 red onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalk spring onion, chopped
1 pc. pork stock cube
3-3 1/2 cups hot water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
soy sauce
ground black pepper
cooking oil
