For note 8 I have to press this power button and hold for sometime and then I can select "Restart" and then "Restart" again to restart the device. The next thing what you will do is we will go to "Settings". We will go to "Apps". Scroll down and then look for "WhatsApp". Select it. Go to "Storage". Then select "Clear cache" and then "Clear Data" and then select "OK".
