Sony XAVC-S vs AVCHD Quick Comparison

I just started to use XAVC-S instead of AVCHD on my a6000, heres just a few test clips I shot minutes after downloading the new firmware (its new for me at least). Shot with a Sony A6000 w/ 16-50 & 55-210. Standard profile: -3,-3,-3. Identical amounts of saturation and contrast added in post with NO sharpening added. Shot around mid day to really test the dynamic range of both codecs. Same exposure settings. Conclusion: Unless you just need to shoot something and quickly throw it up on a website or if file size is a factor, use XAVC-S whenever possible, it is a straight upgrade to the older AVCHD.
