Sony Vegas Timelapse Tutorial 2015 |How to Make a Nice Timelapse From a Video File

This is a tutorial on how to make a really good Timelapse from a video file [not pictures] using Sony Vegas. I found two ways to do it. The first is by using velocity and the second by using Twixtor.
