Sony Vegas 12: ★Highest★ Record/Render Settings [1920x1080]

Hey everyone, I just wanted to show you guys my recording settings for Fraps, my Combat Arms in game settings for recording, and my Sony Vegas Pro 12 Project and Render settings for 1920x1080p quality, and the highest quality from that. I guess you can do this with all versions of Sony Vegas, and this isn't a tutorial just for Combat Arms, this works for every game that you can record in 1920x1080p quality.
