Sony PlayStation 3 ( PS3 ) [ EASIEST! Jailbreak / Hack Tutorial ] - Rebug 4.81.2 | MultiMan - MrMaD

In this video, I show you how to fully exploit (Jailbreak / Hack ) a stock Sony Playstation 3 ( PS3 ) using the Rebug 4.81.2 Custom Firmware so that you're able to backup (dump and decrypt, using Multiman) your own PS3 games to your hard drive, transfer them to your computer using USB, as well as play your backup games directly from your hard drive without the need for your disc. With this method, you can also run other homebrew, most of which allows you to emulate older systems (NES, snes, Sega Genesis, etc), but also other tools, exploits, etc. I also show how to upgrade to hard drive to a 1.5 TB drive, in case you were interested in getting the most storage space possible. Requirements to follow along with this tutorial are as follows: • A Sony Playstation 3 on a firmware that's ON Sony's official version 3.55, nothing higher. • An Internet Connection ( Once ) • Any PC or MAC • Sony PS3 USB Controller Cable • Sony PS3 Controller • USB thumb drive • 1.5 TB 2.5 inch SATA hard drive (optional) (note: this drive must be smaller than 9.5mm in height) Software Needed ( You can easily Google these): • Rebug REX edition 4.81.2 (or latest version) • Rebug Toolbox (Full) • MultiMan package file (latest version) The first part of this video I show you how to update the Sony Playstation 3's hard drive with a bigger 1.5TB one. (Note: skip this step until AFTER you jailbreak the console if you plan on using a hard drive larger than 1TB, otherwise you should be able to replace the drive first, then jailbreak) The second part of this video I show you how to download and install the Rebug 4.81.2 Custom Firmware exploit / hack / jailbreak using your USB thumb drive on your PS3 running 3.55 OFW, which modifies your system so that you can run unsigned code. (Game dumpers, homebrew, emulators). I also show you where to get MultiMan from as well as the Rebug toolbox. The third part of this video is how to use MultiMan to dump/decrypt/backup your games to your USB thumb drive (so you can back them up later), and/or how to install them to your internal hard drive and play them from MultiMan.
