(At the end of the video there are more and improved footages using HLG 3 - BT.2020)
These HDR picture profiles are almost "hidden" and underrated and they are AMAZING! not for HDR, because not everyone has an HDR TV or monitor it is because it can reproduce the best colours you can get from the Sony a7 III or a7R III (in my opinion), call me crazy but almost reminds me of Alexa cinema camera colours, trust me, the Dynamic Range is amazing as well!

Camera used: Sony a7III
Lenses: Sony 24-70mm f4 and Canon 50mm 1.4
I barely colour graded these footages because I wanted to show you the closest look to the "RAW" file I get from the camera but I can't because if I don't use a convert LUT you would saw at a really blown out image.
The first "cooking section" was filmed using the EOSHD Pro Color V4.0 HDR with my custom LUT

As you see in the second section I got improved using this colour space.
TIPS FOR FINAL CUT PRO X USERS:
- Go to Final Cut Pro Tab - Preferences and active the "Show HDR as Raw values" to be able to preview the video on the browser correctly
- Apply a LUT (HLG 3 ready) and change the input of the LUT to Rec 2020 HLG and output leave it as it is Rec. 709
LUTS RECOMMENDED: https://sellfy.com/p/iFQm/ (Christian Maté Grab)
- Sometimes you will need to brighten the footage a bit, but try to colour balance before the LUT, not after in the chain of effects.
In Camera:

How to expose correctly this HLG 3:
Keep your exposure at 0 (on the subject most of the time), sometimes you can overexpose no more than +1, but be careful, this is not a SLOG you could lose data, white balance as usual.
