I originally wasn't going to do this track, because I wanted to stay away from tracks that were already in Sonic Generations, but when deciding on the general "each of the songs fits a character" theme, I couldn't think of a song that embodies the blue blur more than Green Hill Zone. I had a lot of fun messing around with the catchy melodies that make up the song. If you're familiar with either of the Sonic Generations versions of this source, you might recognize the nod I gave to it later in the remix.
