Sonic The Hedgehog - Full Playthrough No Commentary

Sega's first classic using their mascot character Sonic the Hedgehog. Released in 1991, Sonic blew my mind as a kid. His blazing speed was like nothing I saw in video games at the time. Of course our family only had Nintendo systems at the time, so it would be a year or two before I was at a friends house that had it. But then I was and the game was everything I had thought it would be and more. Right after beating this game for the first time I immediately pulled out Sonic 2 and played all the way through that, before even the game's owner had beat it. Needless to say this is a great game, and spawned several awesome 2d games just like it. Now if only they had never made a 3d Sonic, the franchise wound't have gotten so weird!
