Solve a system with three variables

Learn how to solve a system of three linear systems. A system of equations is a set of equations which are to be solved simultaneously. A linear equation is an equation whose graph is a straight line. The solution to a system of equations is a set of unique values of the variables for which each of the equation is satisfied. To solve a system of equations by sustitution, we make one of the variables the subject of the formula in one of the equations and then substitute for the variable in the other equation(s). Hence the name substitution. This reduces the number of equations in the system. We continue this process untill we have a single equation having only one variable which we can easily solve using inverse operation.
