SOLIDWORKS Network License Server - Installation and Activation

For a comprehensive list of installation guides and resources, visit https://mlc-cad.com/installation-instructions-for-solidworks-products/ The SOLIDWORKS SolidNetwork License Manager, also known as the SNL, License Server, or Distributed Licensing, allows licenses to be shared with clients on the same network. Installation, activation, and ensuring open network communication are the keys to a successful network license setup. The server must be the same major version or newer than clients, so plan ahead before any upgrades take place. The SNL is required for PDM licenses and all licenses that have been purchased as "network" licenses. If a serial number has a "1" in the third digit, it is a network license and should be added to this server installation (0010, 9010).
