Prerna Mukharya, is the Founder of Outline India, a social enterprise that caters to the on-ground needs of the development sector. Her vision is to cater to India’s ‘development data’ needs and catalyse the process of policy change and work upon business opportunity at the bottom of the pyramid. Outline India under her leadership has worked across 21 states to date, 1000 villages, 15000+ stakeholders, and generated about 4000+ man days of employment for individuals with high school education/little or no college education. Bootstrapped and growing organically at 300%, they are now scouting for investments to scale up operations, both within and outside India. She holds an MA in Economics from Boston University.
